Sabrina Kamberis is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Virginia. She graduated from George Mason University in 2022 with a Master’s in Social Work with a concentration in Children, Youth, and Families. She was excited to join CAP in July 2022. She is currently a Behavioral Health Therapist for the eastern region, working under supervision for her clinical licensure.
She has worked with youth of all ages, adolescents with eating disorders, young adults with autism spectrum disorder, and youth with depression, anxiety, and ADHD. She practices evidence-based treatment and incorporates strength-based approaches primarily using Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). Sabrina currently works with a wide range of common presenting problems, including depression, body image, low self-esteem, disordered eating, perfectionism, identity issues, high sensitivity, substance use, self-harming behaviors, and adjustments and stress related to life transitions and relational problems.
Sabrina lives in Fairfax with her two sons – Ryan and Max. She enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her family.
