Step 3: Use the online booking tool to choose a location in your neighborhood and request an appointment. Most CAP locations offer after-hours urgent care appointments.
Existing Patients
Express sick visits are for single symptoms < 3 weeks or mild symptoms requiring school clearance.

Follow-up visits for long-term conditions or medications.
Flu and/or COVID vaccines for up to 4 family members.
Other appointments such as wheezing or ER follow-ups.
