Mitra Mays, DO, FAAP

Dr. Mays completed her pediatric residency at Inova Children’s Hospital in 2023 and earned her medical degree from VCOM in Blacksburg, Virginia. She has special interests in newborn care, early childhood development, and pediatric mental health. She values working closely with parents to support healthy development from infancy through adolescence. A Northern Virginia native, Dr. Mays lives locally with her family. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, and family time.
