Carolina Pillion, MD,FAAP

Carolina Pillion MD, FAAP is a board certified pediatrician who has been practicing at Capital Area Pediatrics since 2013.  She first started at the Sterling office, then in 2016 moved to the Ashburn office.

She completed her pediatric residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 2007.  She earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in 2004.  As an undergraduate, she studied at the University of Dallas in Irving, Texas.   

She enjoys spending time with her husband and her three children.  In her free time she likes to travel, hike, cook, and practice yoga.
